Hi! My name is Ben Schneider. I am writing to tell you about my exciting new adventure in catering. I have enjoyed cooking for friends and family for years and have decided to make it official with my very own catering business, Boneyard Barbecue. Some of you may have ordered from me before as Ben’s Catering. As I have developed my menu and the things I love to make, I came up with Boneyard Barbecue to better describe what it is I do. My menu includes items such as smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, and ribs. Another specialty is my wings. I have 17 sauces that I personally make to give a wide variety of flavors for wings. I also do fresh salads and appetizers. I can accommodate small or large parties and gatherings, weddings, office luncheons, and any other party needs.
