Hi! My name is Ben Schneider, owner of Boneyard Barbeque in Hanover, Pennsylvania. I’ve enjoyed cooking for friends and family for many years and began my own catering company in 2006. Our menu includes items such as smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, barbecued chicken, and baby back ribs. Another specialty of Boneyard Barbeque is our wings. We have over 20 sauces that I personally make to give a wide variety of flavors. We’ve also created many unique side dishes such as our Cajun Pasta Salad, Creamy Coleslaw, and our Boneyard Baked Beans.
We can accommodate small or large parties and gatherings, weddings, office luncheons, and any special event. For those of you that I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the past, I appreciate your business and hope that I can be of service again in the future.
